Torre del Lago Puccini has its identity in its name, a name, that of Giacomo Puccini, linked to this territory from the sea to Lucca, his birthplace.
In Torre del Lago we find the house-museum where the Maestro spent long periods between compositions and hunting trips on the lake. This place has remained as if frozen in time and the atmosphere is exciting.
The large body of water is also overlooked by the open-air theatre where, in July and August, a festival featuring the great composer's works takes place in a truly evocative and unique setting.
In one part of the lake there is a natural oasis that can be visited on foot with birdwatching stations, which is also highly recommended with children.
